PLC Pathways
PLC Pathways is a residential English Language Intensive Course of Study (ELICOS) program for international students for up to 12 months of study. It provides exceptionally high quality teaching and cultural training, preparing students for lives of significance in a new context. Pathways is a boutique English language and cultural familiarisation program owned and operated by PLC Armidale, within two school campuses in two different locations: PLC Armidale for girls and Scots All Saints College, Bathurst, for boys. It is for Middle School aged international students, and provides pathways to further Australian education.
Applying to study
Some parents prefer to use an agent who speaks their own language and is familiar with the required procedures. Agents may charge a fee for additional services. PLC Armidale accepts applications from all agents, but may not pay them a commission, unless they are official agents of the College. Non-official Agents are welcome to discuss future opportunities with the College.

English as a Second Language
Many overseas students find English a challenge when they first begin in Australia. To support our overseas students, an intensive course of study in English as a Second Language (ESL) is provided on-campus. Girls gather with a small group of other students for specialist tuition along with spending time in the classroom, where relationships can be forged with other students, offering the best of both worlds as they settle into their new environment.
